Meet Kourtney Vaughn

Kourtney Vaughn - Salon Coordinator

Hi, my name is Kourtney Vaughn. I am a salon coordinator. I have worked at Spataneous since 2006. I generally work evenings, Monday through Thursday.

I'm currently participating in SWIC's Radiology program. Working here has given me the chance to have a great job while going to school.

Spataneous is a great environment for people of all ages. Everyone is super friendly, willing to help and aiming to please. I am outgoing, family oriented and enjoy meeting new people.

TIP: The secret behind a great tan is great lotion! My favorite brand is California Tan.

Meet Rebecca Willmann-Albrecht

Rebecca Willmann-Albrecht, Massage Therapist

Not only am I a massage therapist, but I am also a physical therapist. In 2003 I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Maryville University in St.Louis with a Bachelors degree in Health Science and a Masters degree in Physical Therapy. I have always loved being a physical therapist and in an effort to be a better PT in 2006 I went back to school to become a certified massage therapist. While in school at The Body Therapy Center (through SWIC) I discovered that I also enjoyed giving massages so I decided to give massages on my days off from my job as a physical therapist. Because of my physical therapy background I specialize in massage as a treatment for pain, although I do also perform the ever popular swedish massage for relaxation.

I live in Collinsville with my wonderful husband Craig who is an RN at Barnes Hospital in St.Louis in the cardiac cath lab. We have been together since 2002 and married since 2005. We have 2 cats who we lovingly refer to as our "fur babies". My salon hours are Tue 9:00am-7:00pm, Thur 9:00am-5:00pm, and Sat 1:00am - 5:00pm, please call the salon at 618.344.8280 to schedule you next relaxing massage or spa treatment!

My Tip: Its best to give yourself plenty of time before and after your appointment. You do not want to rush into your appointment full of stress and you don't want to be worried about what you have to do after it either. A massage should be a quiet time to relax.

Meet Laura Greenemay

Spataneous is a wonderful place to enjoy your day of pampering. My name is Laura Greenemay and I have been a Licensed Nail Technician for four years. While all of at Spataneous are like family, at home, I have a wonderful husband named Dan that in May of this year we will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary. I truly feel very blessed to have a life-long soul mate. I have two sons. Danny is 21 years old and currently seeking employment as a police officer, Zachary is 16 years old and is a typical teenager and also plays the trumpet for the Collinsville High School Band.

Whether you just have time for a deluxe spa pedicure and spa manicure, you will truly enjoy the relaxed setting and experience. I am trained to perform all nail services.

I use All-American products. OPI and Creative to name a few. Nearly a year ago, I purchased a ProSpa pipeless whirlpool pedicure chair with massage feature. This chair allows me to sanitize it after every use. With sanitation being of the utmost concern, everything that I use can either be sanitized with a hospital grade disinfectant or can be thrown away.

Technician Tip - Do not ever let anyone use a Credo Blade (aka cheese slicer) on your feet during a pedicure. This is a very dangerous and is illegal in most states, including Illinois.

Meet April Schaeffer

April Schaeffer - Professional StylistI have been a licensed cosmetologist since 2000 at local salons in the Collinsville area. I have been at Spataneous since 2007; it is my home away from home.

I provide all services from cuts to colors, perms and updos. I exclusively use Paul Mitchell products and believe it is an amazing product and love the results!

Stylist Tip: For all you "Flat Iron Fanatics" remember hair melts at 400 degrees be sure to use a heat protectant like Heat Seal ALL THE TIME!!

Meet Cindy Rushing

Cindy Rushing - Stylist & Make-Up Artist

I have been a licensed cosmetologist over 4 years now and a make-up artist for the past 3 years. I travel to weddings and make the bride and bridesmaids look gorgeous for the "BIG" day. I absolutely love the Paul Mitchell color and products, for the excellent results and easy use. This industry has taken me far and I love everything that it entails. I love color cutting, which is being able to envision the perfect cut to go with the perfect color and making it all flow together.

Meet Lyndsy Rosen

Hi! My name is Lyndsy Rosen. I have been a stylist for about 3 years and worked at Spataneous for all of them. I am very dedicated to my job. I love everything about what I do. I work my hardest to insure each and every customer is satisfied. I truly enjoy making people feel great about themselves when they leave my chair. I enjoy doing different color techniques and cuts on anyone. I am always trying different products to be sure I am using the best for your hair.
I also enjoy updos! I love to be creative and make hair into something beautiful. So for weddings, dances or special occasions. I promise to make you feel stylish and elegant.

My personality is very fun and outgoing. I am laid back and very responsible. I am only 21 years old with lots of goals. I have been raised in Lutheran Schools my whole life and still attend Holy Cross Lutheran Church. My values and family are very important to me.

My schedule is very flexible. I work 10:00am - 8:00pm on Mon & Wed, 3:00pm - 8:00pm Tue, and 10:00pm - 5:00pm on Fri & Sat. I am still building my clientele so I'm always willing to work with your schedule.

My Hair Tip: Prebooking at the end of your current visit is the best way to ensure your choosen time and day for your next appointment.

Meet Lindsi Little

Hi! My name is Lindsi Little, Licensed Cosmetologist. I graduated from the prestigious Paul Mitchell School in St. Louis. I really enjoy everything in this industry, but color being my favorite! I love experimenting with new patterns, color techniques and color cutting. I specialize in all Paul Mitchell products including color and retail.


My hours are very flexible. My days usually start at 10:00am and can end as late as 8:00pm. I'm always working for new clients and would love to meet you! I'm thrilled to see my client base growing like it is each day. I have a great referral program that allows my clients to receive discounts off their next color or cut service, ask me about how you can join the program.


Stylists Tip: In the shower leave your conditioner on until just before getting out for an at-home deep heat treatment!

My name is Ashley Lawanas, I have been in the beauty business since 2005 as a licensed cosmetologist. I have worked at Spataneous ever since. I wouldn't have it any other way!
I offer any hair service you could ever need and love doing it ALL! I'm a young fun loving girl who looks forward to giving everyday people fun trendy styles and color. I am well educated on Redken color & styling products.

Stylist Tip: Talk with your stylist about quanity and application of your styling products. A little bit goes along way therefore making them just as cost effective as the department store brands. Note, with shampoo you do not have to have lather to get clean.

Hello, My name is Crystal Ball. I have been a hair stylist for 25 years. I currently work part time Tues and Wed, my hours are from 10:00am until I'm finished with my last client. In the future I am looking at adding more days.

I have been with my husband, Joe, for 25 years. We have a son, Michael who is 14 years old.
I enjoy working with people. I am a compassionate and caring person.

I always knew I wanted to be a hairdresser since I was a little girl. My dolls never had hair. I was always cutting it off. I started cutting hair when I was 13 years old for neighbors and friends, and have been doing it ever since.

I like to do perms, hair cuts, shampoo sets and facial and body waxing.

Meet Tracey Allison

Hello my name is Tracey Allison, Licensed Cosmetologist. I have been a stylist since 2005, and loving every minute of it. I have a wonderful family, my husband and I have been married since 2005 and together we have two beautiful children, Mya & Carter.

What I love most about my career is providing professional color to my clients. I enjoy reinventing your style with dimensional color and perfect highlights. I also specialize in haircuts, perms, updos and waxing.

I think this shows in my work. I am deeply passionate about my business! I not only love what I do, I absolutely adore my staff. My clients are also a very special part of my life. I meet so many wonderful people in this business. I not only enjoy their business but I truly enjoy their company. I pride myself on running a salon that can be enjoyed by all ages and personalities.


I have two beautiful children and a husband I love dearly. Who by the way helped me make my dreams come true (in more ways than one). I like to do dimensional color and give my clients a look they will love! I have done color techniques from classic highlights to leopard print - YES, I said leopard print!! It gives me such pleasure to transform beautiful hair into even more with the right cut, color and style!

Talk to your stylist about the professional products they are using on your hair to get that same professional results at home.
